2. Products & Services

Bodhisatvvam offers handcrafted wellness products (aromatherapy salts, intention candles, and related wellness items) and online coaching sessions including Life Coaching, NLP Training, and Mindfulness. All products are prepared with care by Neepa Patel.

Product images are representative. Minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to the handcrafted nature.
Coaching sessions are conducted online via video call. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable at the time of order placement shall be final.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment verification by our server. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment verification fails or fraud is suspected.

5. Account & Security

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
