Shree Bodhisatvvam ships all physical products across India. We take great care in packaging our handcrafted wellness products to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — any such promotions will be clearly mentioned on the website.
You can track your order status through our website using your Order ID. We also send shipping updates via WhatsApp to the number provided during checkout.
Online coaching sessions (Life Coaching, NLP Training, Mindfulness, etc.) are delivered via video call. No physical shipment is involved. You will receive the video call link on WhatsApp at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session time.
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
